1. ( ) Newbie Rules
--------------------

First time you start the sharescript, you will need to register your nickname. After that you need to setup your fserve. You are not able to download anything before you fserve is setup correct, and a Operator have approved you. Till you're approved you will be known as a newbie user.. First step is to be a Approved user, you need to fill the requirements for Approved user. 



2. (+) Approved User Rules
----------------------------

You need to serve min. three new games, and replace them with newer games as you download them.. You will need a trigger direct mounted to your download directory, so other users are able to direct download the files you are downloading. You have to stay in the main channel, as long you're downloading.. Approved user can download from other Approved User, and Distro Users.. They don't have access to VOP (Operators fservers who have enable VOP on triggers).



3. (%) Distro User Rules
--------------------------

Distro servers have access to all fservers, also Operator fservers with VOP enable. A Distro server is a user who have a bigger harddrive, to serve all the new stuff to all users ..  to be distro you need to serve as many of the new games as possible,have a good attitude towards other tpa members,are willing to help if possible where an op is not able to...A Distro stays in the main channel, and will get new games faster.. Then all users can access the files. The main reason for Distro, is to spread the files faster.. Before some files who was only on one place, was queued by user with small harddrive not able to serve the files, and the chain fast spread stoped. And a Distro also need a faster connection a 56,6 modem will not do.



4. (@) Operator
-----------------

The Operators run the channel, they're admin and avaible to help you as much they can. 


Main rules for all:

1. You need to download and setup our latest TSZ ShareScript, to serve and download in this channel.

2. You may only use the script in our channel! You will be banned and may not return if you use it other places. 

3. You may not change the script in any way at it is!

4. You may only connect with one nick . You can use your first nick or alternative (2nd nick). No Cloning, it's a ban reason.

5. Servers must carry the the newest games they have downloaded, and games must be changed on a regular basis. (Only full PSX, PS2, Movies & PC isos count)

6. Always have a incomming trigger, to your download directory ALL MUST BE ABLE to get the files you are downloading.

7. You must only have a max 3 download going on at once, because as more files you are downloading, as more you are slowing down the speed on others fserve, and the queues will be too long.

8. No nick insult or offence, don't use caps down when writing, neither use other colour background in text. And no flooding text.. You will be automatically kicked if you do,3 kicks means a ban.

9. If you continue to flood or run a clone,and you are banned you will be redirected to the complaints channel where you will be told what you have done wrong and how to rectify the matter, if it happens after that you will be banned for 24 hours repeat offence will result in permanent ban. (no exception)

10. Don't complain if you have been banned .. There is always a reason, and ban isn't pernament (Usual) But you can always ask if there has been a mistake.

11. No bin, iso, exe files, They need to be in rar, others is not accepted. 

12. Users caught running fake or bullshit servers will be immediately banned for 24 hours repeat offence will result in permanent ban. If you find a fserve that is not working tell it to an OP and we will deal with it.

13. Users may serve via FTP if they are unable to serve via the script (for a time, till they have fixed there problem). Once checked and verified you will receive a voice. Adverts must be set to no less than 20 minutes.

14. You have to remain in the channel in order to download files, or to create another channel on the server,if not you will get one warning then a permanent ban will be implemented with no exception

 

15. Make sure the files you serve from your harddrive, is the same that are being served around on the other servers. We are trying hard to keep the original released files, insted of self-rip. So if you serve a self-rip of a game, that already is in the channel... Then Don't!

16. If your on a T1, or better connection with approx 20 gig of free space.. or more. You can apply to work as a dump site or distro server (dumps/distros get big bennifits, new games delivered direct) if you think you can help, message an OP in the channel.

17. If you are a member of a Law Enforcement Agency, or an associate of such an agency, you are advised that you must cease and desist further entry into this computer domain without a valid bench-warrant for such entry. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OUR SERVERS!!

18. These channel servers is for private use only. The files contained here in are for private viewing by authorized persons for educational purposes only. All binary files are removed from this site every 24 hours, and may not be received or viewed by anyone not able to personally warrant their research procedures. This site is not responsible for such warranty. Any files or any following directory listing may not be reproduced, duplicated or distributed in any fashion. Any person accessing this server that works for, or represents in any way, a software company, internet service provider, reseller, government/law enforcement agency(s) or any individual who will provide information as to the contents found on this server by said person to such aforementioned agencies MAY NOT ACCESS ANY SERVERS IN OUR CHANNEL. These server is protected under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and unauthorized access is prohibited!!! If you acess any servers, YOUR ENTRY SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ALL ABOVE STATMEN.

19. The OP/Moderators are here for a reason, so listen when they have something important to tell you. Ignore will be treated with kick or ban..

20. If OPs gives advise please let op talk (Do not interrupt)

21. Don't policy on channel, OP are good for that. If there is a problem, then report this to a OP.

22. bm671 and snake59 have done a lot for TSZ so please give them the respect that they truely deserve.

Most important, be nice and friendly to each other...
