Problems

The program comunicates through some ports, if you are using a router (Network), firewall, some viruskiller.. You have to forward the ports.. The ports to forward are 59, 113, 1024-5000, 6660-6669.. If you are running a network through a router and a hub, you need to tell the router where the trafic goes to.. Like if your computer using our script has a local ip 10.0.0.4, then your router has 10.0.0.1.. So all tcp trafic in the above ports has to be directed to your local computer.

If you have problems with your ports, and don't know how to set your router.. Then you can call the place where you got your router, and ask how to set it up to allow trafic on these ports to only one computer..

We can do our best to help, but we can't support all.. So far most have experience with these ports, so ask in the channel, and see if some are using the same ISP as you.. Then they must have the answer to your questions.  It's at least worth a try..  Till you have found the solution for the ports, you can run an ftp.. Please note, this is only some who can.. Most there have problems with the ports, can't run a ftp..
